Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keypure website (the "Platform") operated by Keypure LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform.

Our Platform contains content submitted by users. Users retain ownership of their original content. By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Keypure, a Keypure employee, another user, or any other person or entity

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Keypure LLC its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• Your use of the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keypure LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

Keypure LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed $100, or the amount you paid us during the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
