Introduction

Keypure LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) applicable to internet service providers.

This policy outlines our procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement and describes the consequences for submitting false infringement claims.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material located on or linked to by our Platform infringes your copyright, you are welcome to send us a notice of copyright infringement. To be effective, the notice must include the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to all such notices that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If we remove or disable access to material pursuant to such a notice, we may notify the owner or administrator of the affected material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in our sole discretion, unless we first receive notice from the complaining party that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Platform.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide whether content violates our policies in our sole discretion.

User Content Responsibility

By submitting content to our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post
  • Use of the content you post does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity
  • You will indemnify us for all claims resulting from content you post
  • The content you post is not obscene, illegal, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove any content from our Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this policy.
